I tutor with David once a week at Salt Lake Roasting Co in downtown SLC to help me with Math 1050. He has been extremely helpful with explaining the concepts and in helping me learn them. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to thoroughly learn math.

I’m an older gentleman in pursuit of a g.e.d. certificate. In my search for help, I discovered the team of David and Sarah, who have been helping me prepare for the test. I have found them to be extremely knowledgable, pleasant, unafraid to make corrections, and patient. One of my concerns was finding credentialed tutors. 15 minutes into my first session those concerns evaporated. They are credentialed, knowledgeable, and exhibit good teaching skills. I am very happy to have found them and we usually meet at the city library in downtown.

9th grade Math and 10th grade chemistry:
David is a great tutor. Both my daughter and son enjoy their sessions with him. My son raised his math grade from a D to now a B + average quarter over quarter! My daughter struggled with Chemistry and was also getting a D and is now a B + average student in Chemistry! He makes it easy for them to understand and furthermore, retain what he taught them.
9th grade Biology:
Josh has been a great help with my sons Biology class! He helps him to understand the material as well as asks my son to teach back! SO great! My son started the school year with Fs in Biology and is now a B student witht the help of Josh.
Overall: they are great! They come out to our home in WVC and privately tutor each child. They are almost always on time and they go directly to work once they arrive. With class sizes in Utah growing so large and so fast, a tutor is required!! I highly recommend them to you!!!

I was struggling to understand concepts in a Grad level accounting class and stuck on a couple homework assignments with a short turnaround time. I was in desperate need of help! Honestly! The money is worth it, without these tutors I would’ve not received a B+ in Chem. Josh, the Chemistry/Biology tutor that I got assigned to was absolutely sincere, intelligent, and gave 100% of his time so the I can understand the concepts I was struggling with. In summary, they taught me Chem, and helped me get a B+ in Chemistry 1110. Highly recommended.

Pedro is a great tutor for economics. Despite the slight language barrier, he is able to explain economic concepts relatively well and was very helpful with completing the quiz assignments that were given. we usually meet at the university of Utah. After working with him diligently for two weeks, he helped me do exceptionally well on the final exam.
David is no doubt the best math tutor I have ever had, which is astounding considering he is in graduate school for finance, not math!
